- Children aged 12–17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unaccompanied children will not be permitted on tours
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or other substances may be refused admission. No refund applies in these cases
- Should Lantern Ghost Tours need to cancel a tour for any reason, they will offer a new date, voucher or provide a credit to use towards another experience. Lantern Ghost Tours cannot be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other associated costs the guest has incurred due to the cancellation of tours
