• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply

Availability:

• Available every day: Departure times on request. Exact pick-up time will be advised once booking is confirmed
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Shared return transfers are available from select Dubai city hotels – please advise of hotel location at time of booking
• Hotel pick-up begins at least one hour before your tour start time. Please ensure you are ready at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Rates are per four-person buggy
• Valid for day and package type selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Meals are not included. Any additional purchases are payable directly to vendor(s)
• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• All buggies feature four-point race harnesses, doors and full roll-out cages
• A driver’s licence is not required for this activity
• Please allow up to one or two hours for this activity, depending on selected package. Please note, this esimate does not include travel time from Dubai, which will be at least one hour each way

• Minimum height of 122cm and weight of 45kg applies to all passengers
• Maximum weight limit of 133kg applies to all passengers
• Children below 16 years of age are not permitted to drive buggies. Children below 14 years of age are not permitted to drive quad bikes
• All participants must be fully physically fit to take part in any of the self-driving activity
• This activity has a high risk of injury and is taken by guests at their own risk. An indemnity form must be duly filled and signed before the tour. Desert Gate can not be held reliable for any injuries sustained during these tours
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Desert Gate cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Desert Gate retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
