Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day: 9am–9pm
• Bookings valid to 12 August 2025

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals and drinks (unless specified), hotel transfers and transport, souvenirs, additional entry to exhibitions or attractions not specified in full list of attractions
• Children under 8 years are only permitted in the toddler space. Children under 8 years who are over 110cm in height may purchase a ticket with a parent or guardian and have access to the main play area.

Terms & Conditions:

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Food and drinks are not permitted in the play area
• Some rides incur an additional charge with Standard Entry, including Space Coaster and VR Cinema
• Platinum Entry: Food and drink inclusions are limited to: one margarita pizza OR sandwich (cheese & tomato or egg) per person and one drink per person (coffee, tea, soft drink, water or juice). Additional personal expenses are payable directly to the venue
• It is the responsibility of the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) to monitor and supervise their child/children while he/she/they enjoy and participate in the activities and attractions of AeroXSpace
• All AeroXSpace guests are obliged to fill-in contact details, read the park terms, and sign the waiver to enter the park for safety & security purposes
• All guests, parent(s) and/or guardian(s) assume all risk of injury or harm to themselves or child/children associated with his/her/their participation in any and all activities and attractions within AeroXSpace
