Take your seat at a 2022 AGFG’s chef-hatted institution – Five Regions Restaurant – overlooking the hallowed turf of Adelaide Oval and prepare for a degustation unlike any other. Each season, one of South Australia’s leading wineries presents the best of their region. Then, their culinary team tells that winemaker’s story through a tasting menu inspired by regional ingredients, landscapes and seasonality. Each plate is a carefully constructed work of art, using an elegant approach incorporating new and old-world culinary techniques, matching the dish to the fine wine. So, sit back, relax and indulge in this evening of world-class dining.
