• Available every day: Depart 6:15am; return 7.30pm (approximately). Departure time varies according to pick-up location
• Pick-Up Point: Please advise your guide of your pickup point using list of locations, leaving from most Melbourne City locations and St Kilda
• Drop-Off Point: Melbourne CBD
• Not valid: Public holidays
• Bookings valid to 31 October 2025

Important:

• Passengers must be waiting outside the front of selected pickup location 5 minutes prior to pick up time
• Pick up time might vary due to traffic conditions, if your bus has not arrived with 10 mins of pickup time please contact Around and About
• Seat belts must be worn while travelling in the vehicle and all passengers, including children need to have a seat (infant seats available on request)
• No smoking or alcohol on the bus
• Passengers are welcome to eat and drink on the bus
• Free Wi-Fi (subject to a signal) is available while travelling back to Melbourne (end of tour)
• All activities are done at own risk, Around and About do not take responsibility for any injuries sustained whilst on tour
• Around and About do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal property

Terms and Conditions:

• Children must be five and older, and a minimum of 125cm to participate in the zip line portion of the tour
• A maximum weight of 117kgs applies to the zip line tour
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations up to 21 days prior to departure: 10% cancellation fees applies
• Cancellations between 21 days and 7 days prior to departure : 25% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 7 days of the departure date: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
