- Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
- Cancellations made with 72 hours’ notice prior to booking date are eligible for a refund
- Cancellations within 72 hours of booking date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% of the experience price will be charged and no refunds apply
Changes to Booking
72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

- Remember to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the sail-out time. No shows or late arrivals voids offer
Important:
- Rates are per boat for a maximum of eight people, including children
- This experience does not include transfers, food or drinks
- Own food and drinks can be brought on board
- Must be 18+ for alcohol consumption
- The person designated as the skipper – who steers the boat – must remain sober during the sailing, with a BAC of 0.00%. The rest of the guests may consume alcohol (up to two drinks per person may be taken on board), but any antisocial behaviour or intoxication can lead to the boat being remotely disabled and your booking cut short
Terms & Conditions:
- The participants are responsible for loss or damage caused to the Boat or any other equipment supplied by GoBoat
- Participants are responsible for returning the boat to GoBoat in a clean state and good working order. In the event a boat is not returned clean and in good working order, GoBoat may charge and the participants must pay Additional Hire Charges for all cleaning and repair costs incurred by GoBoat
- If for whatever reason a boat is not returned to GoBoat, the Customer will pay the current retail price of a boat as advised by GoBoat, immediately upon the request of GoBoat. As at 1 April 2022, the current retail price of a boat exceeds $35,000
- All participants must participate in the mandatory safety briefing
- Fees apply for late returns, payable directly to GoBoat

Participant Responsibilities:
- Participants must not at any given time aboard the boat:
- board the boat unless in good physical condition;
- be under the influence of illegal drugs and nor have consumed excessive alcohol (as per GoBoat policies and state or territory legislation and regulation in the jurisdiction of the activity);
- litter (including throwing rubbish or liquids overboard) or damage the boat or any third party property;
- swim or alight the boat into the water;
- attempt to fish from the boat or interfere with any flora or fauna (in particular, aquatic life);
- behave in any manner which is unsafe, dangerous, unnecessarily loud, disruptive or offensive to others to the standard of a reasonable person, contrary to any policies of GoBoat or contrary to any law or policies of the state or territory in which the boat is hired;
- use or carry any illegal, prohibited or dangerous substance in or on a boat; and
- exceed the recommended or legal speed limit of the boat
