Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Covid-19 Related Cancellations: If you can’t travel as a direct result of border closures or Government-imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, Luxury Escapes will do our best to assist you with a date change or provide you with a Luxury Escapes credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package, less any unrecoverable costs. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- 2pm late checkout is strictly subject to availability.
- The COLLECTION Club is open from 7am to 10.30pm (last orders at 10pm). Children under the age of 12 years are permitted for breakfast and high tea only.
- Complimentary welcome drinks, all-day refreshments items are all non-alcoholic.
- Breakfast with free-flow sparkling wine is served from 7am until 10.30am Monday to Friday and 7am until 11am on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Afternoon tea is served daily between 3pm and 5pm.
- Two pieces of laundry per room, per day. Laundry service is non-accumulative and excludes dry cleaning, pressing and extra services (express and stain removal).
- A smart-casual dress code is required at the COLLECTION Club Lounge. Guests dressed in bathrobes and bedroom slippers will not be allowed into the Club Lounge.
