We just finished a one week stay at StandardX with an international group and all of us said that we wanted to stay on and live there. Every part of our stay was outstanding. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced. Special thanks to Ken and Connie. The rooms were fantastic and it was fabulous having the rooftop, with beautiful city views, to enjoy. Being positioned in an awesome location meant we were only a short walk to everything. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone.

I think the hotel including the room is spotless clean which I love so much. The price is quite expensive because I stayed by myself. However, in my next trip to Melbourne, I think I will stay here again because I love the location of this hotel and fitroyz area is very interesting and charming as always. Lobby and eating area at G floor is stunning. I love it. Staffs are all nice to me. Room is comfortable. Though it’s small but it’s okay. I will be very happy if this hotel has a bathtub as well. The only thing I don’t like is when they’re checking you in, they asked for credit card which I don’t like this system much, because they will see all my information including CCV there.

Just finished 3 nights at the hotel. I came on the weekend as I wanted to be in this area when it'd be most alive. It didn't disappoint. I had a standard room with a nice window looking out at the street. The room was a good size and had everything you'd need. Comfortable bed and nice pillows. The bathroom has a funky design with the material they used. The towels were large and thick. Not those typical cheap things towels you get in a lot of hotels. The only odd thing was the only trash/garbage bin was in the bathroom. The roof deck is small but nice with tons of seating. Happy with my stay and I'd stay here again.

Amazing hotel will definitely stay again. Location was amazing - close to lots of nightlife and an authentic Melbourne culture experience. Restaurant food and service was wonderful - recommend for breakfast and dinner. I personally prefer a more compact room, and it was very well laid out and had all of the amenities needed. Hands down the best hotel bed I have slept in! Super cool decor and views from the rooftop bar. Rhys is the quintessential host and went above and beyond for our group event, Yak milk and all! Thanks for a brilliant experience!
