Stayed at rasa junior suites and was very happy with experience. Service was prompt but intrusive. Concierge and the service team also went above and beyond to set up my room beforehand so my little ones had access to a baby tub and milk warmer. Landscaping was well done and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

Room wise, I have my honeymoon here so it is nice. The room is big and clean. Feels like bed fit for a king. Same thing cannot be said for the food. Had breakfast and buffet dinner , suffice to say , food is their weakness. It feels like they half ass effort to making them taste good. The main dish is mostly meh. Hell, the cake is like pasar malam cake and i eat the kuih , it taste almost basi and heated from yesterday. Improve that I guess, other than that is a great hotel

We loved staying at this hotel. We received a beautiful welcome on arrival, the staff were genuine and attentive. The rooms are spacious with a balcony. The slippers are luxurious! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and special requests were welcomed. I loved the option of either sitting outside or by the pool area. The pool area was very relaxing with an abundance of sun lounges and different areas to relax. If you choose to go into Georgetown there is a local bus or a shuttle bus wind are both easily accessible. We also loved the communal room with the pool table. I would highly rate this hotel, we stayed as a couple with 2 children aged 9 and 12 and they both loved it. In the evenings we ate at the local Hawkers market and for any vegetarians like myself there are plenty of vegan/vegetarian cafes serving Western food should you want to take a break from the local food.

Title: Beautiful setting, but not quite the 5-star experience The ocean view is truly stunning, the food was excellent, and the in-room service — including laundry — felt luxurious. So far, so good. But if you’re sensitive to nature, be prepared: mosquitoes, ants, and jellyfish are part of the package. I got stung three times on the legs right near the shore — the burning lasted all day. A bit more excitement than I signed up for. Also, the “beach” is more like a boat dock with rocks underneath — not ideal for swimming or relaxing by the water. Overall, it looks like a 5-star resort, but the experience didn’t quite match. Come for the view, stay for the sting (or not).
