Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Kota Kinabalu sits along Pantai Dalit Beach on Malaysia’s island of Borneo. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Guests staying in the Garden Wing take their daily buffet breakfast at the Coffee Terrace from 6.30am–10.30am. Guests staying in the Ocean Wing take their daily semi-buffet breakfast at Oceano Modern Grill from 6.30am–10.30am with an unlimited a la carte menu also available.
• Lunch is available at Tepi Laut, Oceano Modern Grill or The Eighth. Set-menu lunch is three courses.
• Dinner is available at Tepi Laut or Coffee Terrace from 6pm–10pm. Advance bookings are required.
• One daily cocktail or mocktail is available per guest at Sampan Bar from 4pm–8pm.
• Free-flow drinks (select packages only) include select beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, chilled juice, tea and coffee at select onsite restaurants and bars, available from 11am–11pm. Excludes in-room dining.
• The marshmallow roasting experience takes place every day from 5pm–6pm, subject to weather.
• One-time round of golf at Dalit Bay Golf & Country Club includes green fee, twin sharing buggy and daily golf insurance. Advanced booking is highly recommended. To book a tee time, email dalitproshop.rrr@shangri-la.com. Golf clubs and shoes are not included in the green fees.
• Tennis courts are open from 9am–6pm. Advance bookings are required for use.
• Included massages are available at The Spa from 5pm–9pm. Advance bookings are required. Massage is a neck and shoulder massage.
• Hatha yoga runs at the wedding pavilion from 7.30am–8.15am on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Advance booking is required.
• Stand-up paddleboard yoga takes place at the Garden Wing pool from 8.30am–9.15am on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Advance booking is required.
• Daily complimentary shuttle service is available between the resort, Suria Sabah and Imago Shopping Mall. Advance booking is required with the concierge desk for departure and arrival arrangements. Only 40 seats are available per schedule.
• Contact the resort directly before check-in to arrange private airport transfers (select packages only). A surcharge applies for arrivals after 11pm.
• Yoga and tennis inclusions are valid for two adults only.
