Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites is located on the East Cresent – Palm Jumeirah, with direct access to a kilometer of picture-perfect private beachfront. All-inclusive dining, spa treatments, live entertainment and more can be found onsite, Dubai’s city centre is just a 30-minute drive away.

The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Dubai International Airport (DXB). Airport transfers are not included, please plan accordingly.

Update 12 September 2023 10am AEST: Dining inclusions have slightly changed: guests may now have dinner at A La Turca Restaurant or Turquoise Restaurant, and daily afternoon tea at Patisserie Istanbul. To avoid disappointment, dinner bookings at a la carte restaurants L’Olivo Ristorante, Toro Loco Steakhouse and Aqua & More are recommended.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. • To avoid disappointment, a la carte restaurants (L’Olivo Ristorante, Toro Loco Steakhouse and Aqua & More Seafood) must be booked in advance at the Restaurant Reservation Desk located in the Lobby, and bookings are subject to availability.
• All-inclusive dining and free-flow drinks will begin with lunch or breakfast on day of arrival, depending on time of check-in.
• All-inclusive dining and free-flow drinks will end with breakfast on the day of checkout. Facilities and all dining outlets will be available to departing guests until 12pm.
• Additional charges apply to room service, massage treatments, hookah and premium beverages.
• Additional charges apply for premium drinks.
• Alcohol is available daily from 12pm–11:59pm.

• The resort reserves the right to revise the operating hours of restaurants and bars according to functioning capacity.
• The dress code in all a la carte restaurants is ‘Smart Casual.’ Gentlemen are requested to wear full-length trousers, elegant jeans or tailored shorts and closed shoes. Slippers and sandals are not allowed in the a la carte restaurants. United Arab Emirates attire is welcome.
• Room service is chargeable to the room and not included in all-inclusive dining.
• Operational hours are subject to change during Ramadan (22 March – 21 April 2023 and 11 March — 9 April 2024) and public holidays.
