Dear hotel manager I am going to bring my family to stay in your hotel for 3 nights (4people, two rooms) As this is their first time to come Osaka I’m looking for a room that having a nice view for them Therefore I am not sure the view when I try to book the room via applications(no photo is telling the view specifically) Would you mind to recommend the type of room that I ensure they can having a nice view during our 3-nights stay Thank you

Huge Convention Hotel in Osaka. We were there for holiday and appreciated the newly renovated room and shuttle bus service to and from Osaka Station. Because of the hotel's location, it can be slightly far from amenities like shops or cafes, however, it can be a plus if you are looking for some quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Will stay again!

Our stay was t great. It was the middle of winter, and our newly renovated room had NO AC. They were kind enough to bring up a fan though. The shuttle was nice, everything got a face-lift but you can feel just how tired this property is.

update: with help of qunaer staffs. The problems are solved. The hotel staff are not that stubborn and quite cooperative to solve the problems ——— Extremely terrible service!!! Have no idea how this hotel get a 4 star. 1. the front desk mistaken taken others name with mine. But she thought that’s me that booked 2 rooms😅 wasted a whole lot of time until she printed the confirmation out and I tell her it’s different name….😅😅😅 2. Dirty bed sheet. Called the front desk, she tell the guest to change it themselves??? And after I become angry she send someone here to change it. What a joke😅 3. Dirty bath tub. 4. No much amenities. Nothing. And the wind machine makes a huge noise. 5. They don’t even pick up the service calls…. 8:00am in the morning. No one? Is this intentional? This is the very only hotel I have ever seen that doesn’t pick up guest calls. 6. Asked them for 3 bottles of water. They said I need to go them to pick up????? I never seen high end hotel doing this😨🤔 Does not worth the price at all. It makes people even feel more tired after coming to this hotel….😅😅😅
