From the moment we got to arrivals to the second we departed, the experience was flawless. Patrick was the best butler we could have asked for and a genuinely good person too. Every member of staff was fantastic (especially the butlers) and extremely attentive but I’d also like to highlight Jamie for her help at afternoon tea and in the cafe, what a genuinely lovely person!

I booked this through Chase with points to end our island-hopping vacation with luxury and I’m so glad I did! The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Our Butler Sebastian was always ready to help and go above and beyond! He even made us a playlist when we told him we were going to a drag show that night. The room was HUGE and I fully took advantage of the tub. The only downside was it didn’t have a tight seal so it did constantly drain slowly. If I were staying more than one night I would’ve said something about it as I’m sure the staff would’ve accommodated in some way. The hotel was so close to multiple malls including the Landmark and Greenbelt Mall. It was so easy & safe to walk to both. The breakfast included was great and so was the cocktail we got during happy hour in the Writers Bar. It was honestly sad to leave.

We enjoyed every moment of our 6 night stay at Raffles Makati. From the airport pick-up and drop-off in the BMW I-7, the extremely helpful concierge staff, the front desk staff, and all of the restaurants; Raffles Makati was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in our lives! The Artist King Suite was perfect and cozy. They even provided an anniversary gift for us of flowers and chocolate since we were celebrating! The high tea and Happy Hour in the writer's bar was awesome. Kudos to Kim and Shirley for being so helpful! We felt so cared for at Raffles Makati!

Raffles Makati truly exemplifies the hallmark of the Raffles brand, offering an unmatched blend of luxury, service, and comfort. The location is absolutely brilliant, placing you in the heart of Makati with everything you need just steps away. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, we were treated like VIPs. The service was exceptional, with every detail meticulously attended to. Staying here felt like living in a grand apartment, complete with the indulgence of a personal butler and a dedicated team ready to assist with anything we needed. The facilities were outstanding, striking the perfect balance between elegance and functionality. Special thanks to the incredible management team for making our stay nothing short of brilliant. Raffles Makati is a true sanctuary of luxury, and we can't wait to return!
