Truly, this is a 5-star resort. The pools, the bars and restaurants, the course, the rooms, and the staff - absolutely the best around. I was there for a 3-day conference, and my wife joined to use the pool and spa. She made friends with everyone on staff, and was rewarded with snacks sent to the room, extra attention at the pool bar, and the most relaxing time at the spa. I don't golf, but we will DEFINITELY be back. When we came home and got into our own bed, we both commented how we missed the Omni. That's how you know you have a winner.

I would live here if I could. As soon as you pull in for vallet parking, the warmth, professionalism, and superb customer service start and continue throughout your stay. We might as well have been wearing a crown because that is the way we were treated. The rooms are beautifully decorated and most all comfortable with a wonderful view. The food made it a great dining experience along with room service. The bartenders are scientists! They know what they are doing. This was a beautiful experience that I will never forget. Thank you to everyone.

The rating is really based on the courses. For $550 for the East course and $350 for the West I expected impeccable greens and service. Our Caddy Reid at the East course was top notch but I just can’t recommend anyone coming here for the golf when there better courses in town. You’re paying for the PGA name and to say you’ve played at a LPGA/ Senior PGA course but when you play in April and the greens are terrible, what is going on? The employees have to pay $100 to play at the course. That’s why they didn’t enjoy being there, why would they be if their job is making them pay such an obscene amount. This place has no charm. It’s a manufactured luxury resort. I have to say the people at the hotel were very nice, we had a nice room and the steakhouse attached was excellent. But people are coming here for the golf and there is no excuse when a course is charging that much to play in those conditions.

Was double charged for parking. I did self parking and was charged for valet on my room. I was also charged for campaign that was sent to my room by the front desk for my anniversary with a note saying to enjoy on them. I have called several times to have reimbursed but keep getting told someone will contact me to resolve and have not heard from anyone. Overall our stay was nice and they were able to accommodate my request to move to a more private room. Just check your charges before leaving.
