Accommodation bookings can be cancelled with a full refund provided the cancellation is made no less than 1 day prior to check-in. That is cancel by 11:59 pm (local time of property) 1 full day prior to the day of check-in. Excludes flights.

Location is amazing. Employees were extremely kind and helpful. The Pilates class is a MUST but make sure you book a few days in advance because they sell out quick. The hotel surprised us with a birthday champagne and cake which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was a 10/10. Overall a great hotel.

Nobu Hotel Portman Square, London We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nobu Hotel Portman Square, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more memorable. The room was beautifully designed, blending contemporary elegance with the unmistakable Nobu aesthetic. Every detail, from the luxurious linens to the high-quality amenities, was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and style. The late check-out option was another standout feature. It allowed us to enjoy a relaxed morning and take full advantage of the hotel’s offerings without feeling rushed. The staff were accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met throughout our stay. The location in Portman Square is ideal, offering both the tranquility of a residential area and the convenience of being a short stroll from the bustling heart of London. Review of Nobu Hotel Portman Square – A Luxurious and Thoughtful Stay My girlfriend and I spent four nights at Nobu Hotel Portman Square, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—turn-down service was thoughtful, and the concierge was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the special Valentine’s Day touch: wine bottles, sweet chocolates, and cake waiting for us in the room, making the experience feel even more personal and luxurious. The room itself was sleek and modern, with high-end amenities including a well-stocked minibar with drinks and snacks, premium beauty products, and fantastic water pressure in both the shower and sink. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious, providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. Room service was good overall—though some meals arrived slightly cold, which is fairly typical for in-room dining. The only minor downside was encountering a lingering cigarette smell one night, which was unexpected in such an upscale setting. Despite that, the overall experience was excellent. If you’re looking for a stylish, well-serviced hotel with great attention to detail, Nobu Hotel Portman Square is a fantastic choice. Would definitely return!
