Update 1 October 2024 10.55pm AEST: Please note that the pool at Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach will transform into an exclusive venue hosting pool parties during Miami Winter Music Conference and be unavailable to guests from 24-31 March 2025 inclusive. While access will be limited to event ticket holders, hotel guests can still enjoy full beach access during this time. The pool is the only part of the property that will be affected by this.

We had an incredible stay at Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach over Valentine's weekend! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Alexis, who went above and beyond to help my fiancé plan a beautiful surprise for me. She upgraded us to the penthouse suite and arranged for champagne, chocolates, and a thoughtful card to be waiting in our room—it was such a special touch! The beach staff was also amazing—Issac was so kind and helpful, and the woman who served us at the beach each day (I wish I could remember her name!) provided fantastic service. Michael at the bar was another highlight of our trip; we originally planned to go out that evening, but we enjoyed our conversation with him so much that we stayed at the hotel bar instead! The hotel's location is perfect, with direct beach access and everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent experience at the Nautilus! Amazing service, beautiful lobby and pool area, fantastic location and delicious food and drinks! The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make sure your every need is met. Located in the heart of South Beach, ocean front, you can walk to all the great restaurants and shopping available in the area. Alexis Margulies was our go-to as always!!! She’s so brilliant and knowledgeable!! We only come back just for her!

Immediately upon walking in I loved the atmosphere and the hotel was so stylish! We meet Alexis Margulies our favorite upon arrival and she was super helpful and cheerful and really helped to make the stay super special!! She worked really hard to accommodate all of our needs and definitely helped to make the stay better! She deserves praise as she went above and beyond just for us.

Rooms are terrible! This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s a really nice motel. Not sure how anyone gives this place more than two stars. Maybe cousin Eddie would?? First, the hotel bumps up against another building so more than half the rooms face a wall - zero natural light. They don’t tell you that anywhere. Second, elevators were broken. This seems to be a common problem since several others mentioned the same problem. Everything is way overpriced. Considering it’s a motel, it shouldn’t be priced like a 4 star hotel. On the positive side. Everyone (and I mean everyone) working there was amazing. Friendly and responsive. They seemed genuinely interested in ensuring a positive experience. Valet, front desk, bar staff, wait staff, and house keeping were all exceptional. We were greeted with a smile everywhere we turned. Truly amazing. Location is also great. Lots of construction going on. But that’s everywhere around that part of town. If you stay on the beach side of the buildings you won’t notice it.
