Rooms are great and well equipped. The pool area is very welcoming. Staff are friendly. It's lovely being able to help yourself to a breakfast buffet (although it would be great if it went a little later than 09.30). Have stayed here before and would happily stay again

Nice resort! Clean room, friendly staff, wonderful pools! Decent continental breakfast, and we loved the pancake machine! Only one thing was not as expected. We booked 1 bedroom apartment and we thought it will be a separate bedroom, but unfortunately it was a studio, with a wall in the middle of the room, which didn't provide a full privacy. Apart from that, everything was very enjoyable. Would recommend it to people with kids, pools were quite nice and entertaining!

Heavily enjoyed our stay!! Reception was amazing from a late night ice cream to a morning coffee. Henry was lovely with recommendations on places to eat and directions to places. Had heaps of fun in the pool and playing tennis. The atmosphere was amazing and is super close to the beach and a 10-15 walk to food and shopping. Had such a good family experience in Port Douglas and the Mantra Portsea and lovely staff were apart of it! Will definitely be back xx.

This hotel is not up to the accor group standards. We stayed one week in the beginning of February 2025. Very rainy season. We had a « superior » hotel room. Very small but ok for a couple. They have a huge problem with humidity. The outside side of our room door was dripping with water all the time. There is a heavy stench of mould due to the corridors carpet. No room service and sheets were not replaced. You have to ask reception for fresh/dry towels. Included breakfast is super basic continental. Pools are well maintained. The staff is very friendly but can’t do anything about the local standards. Not recommended.
