Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Bodrum was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Sevda went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, including a wonderful room upgrade that truly set the tone for the stay. Every detail in the room was perfect— even the small touches, like welcome treats, made us feel so well cared for. The service across the hotel was incredible, from the speed and efficiency of the buggies to the exceptional dining experiences in all the restaurants. Every meal was a culinary delight, adding to the overall feeling of indulgence. This is another level of luxury and hospitality that left us thoroughly impressed. To top it all off, our spa experience was beyond words. Suna provided the most personalized hammam and massage, while Esen and Ayse ensured we were completely looked after throughout the spa. The attention to detail and genuine care from the entire team made this visit unforgettable. We only wish we lived here !
