We have been coming here for awhile and we have always liked the service. It is the people here who make a difference. Their technology on the day of our checkout is... not so much. My wife was calling the front desk through their phones and it wasn't connecting even though we hear ringing on our end. And when the concierge extended us for a requested late checkout, the magnetic key card did not work at my room door. Gave me extra exercise I didn't need back to the front desk. I would suggest to improve their tech or tech support to avoid these situations as it does not help your business. The one bright star I experienced was Bert, a steward who I met at FAB who was doing breakfast cleanup. I asked him for some ice in my water bottle for my meds. He saw that they were out at the restaurant and he asked if I can wait in their lobby. He went above and beyond the call of duty got it from somewhere else and gave me my requested ice. People make or break a business. Bert salvaged what could have been a 3 star experience on our last day. He should be commended.

We stayed at this hotel three different times during our three week vacation in December 2024 . Perfect location from which to explore Manila and The Philipinnes. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was exceptional very helpful. Buffet breakfast was the best I've ever had. Wonderful experience all way around. We will be back!

I had a wonderful stay. The customer service was excellent—every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and eager to help. The employees were incredibly welcoming, always greeting guests with warm smiles and ensuring that our needs were met promptly. The buffet food was absolutely delicious. Lastly, the rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free experience.

Review for Holiday Inn – Excellent Stay for a Business Trip We stayed at Holiday Inn for two nights during a business trip, and the overall experience was awesome! From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the great perks was the unlimited bottled water available upon request—definitely a thoughtful touch. The breakfast selection was good, offering a variety of choices to start the day right. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, as it is conveniently accessible to the mall. Another great advantage is the free parking, which made our stay even more convenient. If there’s one small area for improvement, it would be the availability of slippers in the room. It would be more convenient if they were provided without needing to request them. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely choose Holiday Inn again for future trips! Highly recommended!
