This is our first time staying at Como metropolitan London and honestly it deserves the 5 stars ⭐️, Staff from the moment we checked in we have been fully taken care of and pampered , the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming , they assisted us with all our bags throughout our whole stay everyday. And even gave us a tour of the room and showed us the different accessible facilities in the hotel ( spa , breakfast are , nobu .. ) hotel lobby is very calm and comfortable as well as always smells like a spa , gives you the illusion and feeling of relaxation. Staff had passed by our room asking if we needed anything ( pillows , bath mats , slippers ) everyday since checking in. They were very helpful when checking out and also gave us late check out when we asked for it. I asked for firmer pillows as well as pregnancy pillows and my wishes were fulfilled on demand. Room and bathroom The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable, everything in the room is very well maintained and not overused , the curtains and lights are controlled via a control panel, an iPad is also provided for different uses. Bathroom includes a Korean device which is accessible to guests and easy use. Bathrooms includes luxurious hand wash and body lotion , nothing usual quality , it smells amazing. Towels are fresh everyday , very well folded and robes are throughly clean. Lighting in the bedroom is very warm and cozy , coffee corner has utensils and cutlery when needed also complimentary coffee and teas. Water is refreshed everyday and new bottles are offered everyday.

Staffs are really amazing and pay attention to details. We got a free upgrade and the room is really nice, facing Hyde park. Pammy from reception and Andrea from concierge are really helpful and helped us to plan our London trip. Will definitely come back !

A hotel is clean sheets and a comfy bed. However, hospitality is rare commodity when there is a warm and welcoming staff who is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Obviously, the entire team is well trained and as a guest, you can easily recognize when the staff is happy with their environment. The hotel is exceptionally clean, bright and comfortable. Jorge (Manager) and team have maintained the personal ambiance of a boutique hotel, with all the services of a 5-star luxury property. I will be back!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious with big windows overlooking Hyde park, which is a nice view to wake up to. The location is perfect , almost everything we wanted was within walking distance, or in some cases, we had to take the underground metro, which was close too. They put up macaroons in our room on our first night as a welcome , that was a nice touch. I also asked if it was possible to install a shattaf bidet in our bathroom, and they gladly complied with my request and put up one of those Japanese bidets. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I only have one note on room service. even though the room was serviced every day, they seemed to forget to replace the room's coffee cups after we had used them. I called them about it, and they did replace the used cups right away, but it happened again after that, which was a bit annoying. Our stay at the hotel was pleasant.
