Award-winning Chef Tiw Rakarin’s stunning repertoire of dishes will navigate you through the remarkable culinary terrains of the Indochine provinces within the elegant dining room of high glass walls buttressed by bamboo poles. After a welcome signature cocktail of your choice, you’ll proceed with a selection of entrees almost too good to split, savouring delicately grilled scallops with coconut mango chutney and a yuzu chilli sauce, as well as tender salt and pepper squid and Burmese vegetarian samosas. The gourmet adventure continues with mains flavoured with the fragrant regional spices of East Asia, including spicy softshell crab, crispy pork belly, and delectable seafood cooked in an Amok dry curry sauce accompanied with steamed rice and a refreshing papaya salad. Your banquet ends with a surprise dessert platter to bid you a sweet farewell to this magical Mekong experience.

72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Vouchers will be forfeited if rescheduling/cancellation is done within 72 hours of dining time
