• Up to 2 days before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• More than 48 hours before scheduled start time – bookings may be changed or cancelled until 48 hours prior to your booking. An administrative fee from $3 applies per ticket
• Within 48 hours of scheduled start time – bookings may be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of your booking. A cancellation fee from $30 applies per booking
• Within six hours of scheduled start time – bookings may not be changed within six hours of start time. No credit will be offered

Changes to Booking:

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Administrative fees may apply

• Maximum 8 players per game. If you would like a private session, please purchase all 8 tickets for your preferred time slot
• Please allow 45 minutes for this experience: 15 minutes for briefing/suiting up and 30 minutes to complete your game
• Game run times are approximate
• Please wear flat shoes such as runners or thongs. High heels are not permitted
• Food, drinks and transfers are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to Zero Latency Perth
• Small glasses are permitted to be worn under the headset

Terms & Conditions:

• As Zero Latency Perth is a licensed venue, all guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Zombie games are restricted to guests aged 13+. Non-zombie experiences are restricted to guests aged 10+. This experience is not suitable for children aged 0–9
• This experience is not suitable for those with the following medical conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy or similar seizure disorders, wheelchair users, deaf or severe hearing loss, broken arm or leg, heart condition
• Participants must be in good health to play. Guests must not be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
