• Guests will have approximately 45 minutes free time for shopping at downtown Cabos San Lucas

• This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• Gratuities are not included in this tour

• Child rate applies for children aged 5–9. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking

• Sailing times are dependent on wind and sea conditions
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Epic Group for passenger and crew safety
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
