Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%

Cancellations

• Valentine travel and tours has strict cancelation policy any cancellation made less than 24 hrs will incur 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation made between 24-48 will incur 50% cancelation fee

Changes to booking

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Not valid: public holidays
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum 2 guests for tour to commence
• Valentine travel tours have the right to amend or cancel any trips due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Valentine travel and tours will not be responsible for personal injuries or damage to equipment
• Guests are responsible to contact the vendor to arrange hotel pickup

Important:

• Included lunch is chicken Calderara with white rice and one soft drink. Vegetarians should advise the tour operator at the time of booking.
