• After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address
• Should Go Dirty Tours need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
• Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival
• Drivers must hold a valid, full driver’s licence to be presented on the day of tour to operate a quad bike

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ prior notice to tour departure are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made with 48–72 hours’ prior notice to tour departure will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking value
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of tour departure are not eligible for a refund

Changes to Booking:

• Subject to availability, one change of date per booking within the 72 hours prior to a tour departure date is permitted
• If a booking date change occurs, the right to request a refund under the cancellation policy is waived. The booking then becomes completely non-refundable regardless of notice provided for any further possible cancellations

Every day

Availability:

• Available every day: 6.30am, 9.15am, 1.15pm, or 4.15pm departure time. Tour runs for approximately 2–3 hours
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025
• Pick-up/Drop-off Point: Transfers from selected Denarau and Nadi hotels are available upon request – please advise at time of booking
• On the day of your tour, you will need to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your tour departure time to check in and complete the safety briefing process. Late arrivals or no shows will void offer

Important:

• Driver rates are valid for participants aged 16+ who hold a valid full driver’s licence, which they will need to physically present on the day of their tour as detailed.
• Tandem passenger rates are valid for a person, child or adult, opting to occupy the second seat on a primary participant’s bike
• Children are recommended to be aged 5+, or measure over 140 cm in height to participate

Terms & Conditions:

• Participants should review Go Dirty Tours FAQ – particularly noting there is a bond payable per quad-bike on the day of the tour. The bond is either a cost from FJD$30 cash (non-refundable) or a FJD$2000 refundable credit-card hold
• All tour participants must wear closed-toe shoes
• All drivers must have a valid full driver’s licence. If a participant has a restricted, Learner’s, probationary or another such licence, please contact Go Dirty Tours Fiji directly to further discuss the implications of their licence type on their participation
• Participants under 18 must participate alongside a parent/guardian who takes responsibility for their participation and understands and accepts the nature and possible risks of the activity on their behalf
• Tours require driving on both public streets/roads, as well as off-road tracks; a range of different terrains are covered
• Participation is not advisable for those who are pregnant, or with any medical issue or injury that could be affected or aggravated by their participation
• All participants will be required to sign a Waiver & Release on the day of their tour before participating
• All participants will be required to follow tour rules and requirements as set by Go Dirty Tours for their safety and enjoyment, as well as the enjoyment of others
• Go Dirty Tours reserves the right to cancel or amend any tour due to river, road or inclement weather conditions

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
