Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Dates and times are by request only and are subject to availability
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024
• Valid for departure lounges within Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport (DXB) only

Important:

• Use of lounge is valid for up to four hours only
• Pass can be used at any of the three Marhaba departure lounges location within Terminal 3 and the Marhaba departure lounge in Terminal 1. For Terminal 3: Concourse A departure lounge is located between gates A3 and A2; Concourse B departure lounge is located at the east end of level 4 on the north side of the concourse, close to gate B21; and Concourse C departure lounge is located between gates C23 and C25. The Marhaba Departure Lounge in Terminal 1 is located close to the duty-free area and is accessible by elevator
• Please note, smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas only
• Any belongings left behind will be kept for three months and discarded responsibly if unclaimed

• Lounge access is subject to availability
• Lounge facilities are subject to change and availability. Fees may apply for access to certain facilities, including shower rooms, payable directly to Marhaba Services on the day
• Complimentary access is available for children aged under two who are accompanying a paying adult
• Must be 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Arabian Adventures is entitled to cancel, alter or omit any part of an activity without notice and at their discretion. In such cases, a refund or partial refund will be given at the discretion of Arabian Adventures or an affiliated supplier
