• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day: Departs 8.30am; returns 1pm (approximately)
• Not valid: National holidays including 24 December 2023 – 2 January 2024, 8–10 April 2024, 15 & 16–18 June 2024, 7 July 2024, 15 September 2024 and 1–2 December 2024
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return private transfers available from Dubai hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time

Important:

• Please allow up to 4.5 hours for this experience, including travel time
• Food, drinks and gratuities are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
