• Cancellations within 22 days of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Reschedule requests must be approved in advance and are subject to a US$10 rebooking fee. We do not guarantee rescheduled tours. If a rescheduled tour does not happen, your rebooking fee is subject to a full refund, but not the original purchase price. Requests should be made 24 hours before your tour
• Reschedule requests made within 12 hours of departure time or within 24 hours after the departure time, if approved, will be subject to a 40% rebooking fee

• It is recommended to park near Larimer Square or use public transportation
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to tour departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• This is a walking tour. Please wear appropriate footwear and suitable clothing for the day’s weather
• Tips and gratuity are not included
• Drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Dogs are welcome
• Intoxicated guests and distractions to the tour are not tolerated. Please be respectful and courteous of others in your group and in other tour groups
• Transport is not included. Please make your own way to the departure point

• Tours are held rain or shine. If Junket determines that a tour must be cancelled, they will be in contact with you directly
• Tours do not allow smoking, and please no talking while the tour guide is delivering their stories
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability and weather conditions. Should changes to an itinerary be necessary due to circumstances beyond the control of Junket, tours may be rescheduled. Junket reserves the right to make such changes without prior notice
