- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
- Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
- Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
- No photography or filming is permitted at the Penguin Parade. Penguins have sensitive eyes and a bright, sudden flash or unusual light can frighten or disorientate a penguin
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 8 before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations made between 2–7 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

- 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
