7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet or a la carte breakfast for suite packages is served at Baan Borneo Club from 7am until 5pm. For Residence bookings breakfast is served at Bangkok Trading Post between 6am and 10pm.
• Nightly free-flow drinks for Suite suites is available from 6pm to 7pm and includes a choice of house wine, local beer, cocktails, mocktails or soft drinks. Drinks can be redeemed at Bangkok Trading Post Bistro & Bar on the lobby floor or at Pool Bar on the 27th floor.
• Residence guests can redeem their one daily drinks at Pool Bar on the 27th floor between 8am and 10pm.
• The included 60-minute Aroma Therapy massage is at Nitra Serenity Centre, located on the 28th floor, open from 10am until 8pm. Advance recommendations are required.
• Nightly sundowner drinks hour for suites packages is from 6pm to 7pm at Baan Borneo Club.
• Complimentary signature cocktail for the One Bedroom Residence package is served at the 27th-floor Pool Bar.
• Access to rooftop infinity pool is available for Sukhothai Suite and Ayutthaya Suite guests only.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at TBH210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• Transfers required from midnight to 6am will be charged a supplement of TBH350 per vehicle per way.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
