- This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended

- Meals and drinks are not included. Snacks are available on board with licensed bar facilities. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendor
Terms & Conditions:
- If on any tour whales are NOT sighted, passengers are entitled to join again free of charge. The return trip must be within the same whale season (September – November). If travel is in the last two weeks of the season, you may re-book for the next season
- Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
- Cruises are minimum number and weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Whale Watching Perth. Participants will be informed within a reasonable timeframe of a cancellation with the option of a transfer or refund
- Cruise dates and times may be changed or cancelled due to weather and passenger numbers
- Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
- Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
