Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Dressing warmly is recommended
• Wear flat, comfortable shoes
• Carry a light waterproof wind jacket if you wish to spend time on the outside decks of the vessel
• All personal medication required, including motion sickness pills if prone to motion sickness

• Guests must be at the specified meeting point at least ten minutes before the time, late arrivals and no shows will void offer

• Please note the outside mid deck is available to all guests, however VIP ticket holders will be guaranteed an exclusive insied climate controlled cabin area with limited numbers

• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Wheelchair access is possible for this cruise, however, the bus transfers are not wheelchair accessible, please contact reservations to discuss
• Guests with health problems or are pregnant must notify booking operators. A medical document will be required from a registered doctor or midwife confirming clearance to travel
