Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• During the months of May – September the mornings can be a bit chilly. Be sure to wear some warm clothing and a pair of gloves

• Available every day: Departs 60 minutes prior to sunrise. This time will be confirmed before your departure
• Not valid: 25–28 December 2023,1 and 26 January and 26 February 2024
• Please be ready and at the pick-up location approximately 10 minutes before your designated meeting time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Departure Point: Kuniya Carpark, Uluru
• Pick-up Point: Transfers included from Voyages Ayers Rock Resort accommodation only
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Ride at your own risk. All passengers are required to sign a waiver prior to the tour
• National Park entry ticket is not included in this tour. Please ensure to pre-purchase your tickets online here
• The maximum group size for this tour is 10 participants
• Please allow approximately five hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• This experience is not suitable for children under 12, pregnant women, individuals with serious health conditions, impaired balance or vision or hip, back or knee injuries
• Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Weight restrictions apply. Participants must weigh between 45kg–117kg to ride a Segway
• Guests must be free of drugs and alcohol to participate
• Participants must wear the provided helmet, elbow and knee pads at all times
• This tour requires a minimum of two participants to run. Bookings of less than two people can be made, however, the tour will not be confirmed unless the minimum number is met
• Tour itinerary and path are subject to track and weather conditions and may be modified for safety reasons. On days when it is raining or after heavy rains, it may not be possible to go the whole way around the base of Uluru. On these occasions, the tour will instead go a quarter of the way around Uluru and spend a little bit more time on foot, exploring caves and waterholes
• Uluru Segway Tours reserves the right to prohibit any participant prior to the start of the tour, during the training session or tour itself from participating in the activity if the participant fails to meet the rider requirements. Additionally, participants may be removed from the activity if they do not follow directions or instructions issued to them by Uluru Segway Tours staff; in these instances, no refund will be given
• Uluru Segway Tours does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of any personal items stored at the site or carried on the participant or Segway during the tour
