• Guests must arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time

• Photos, video and security images may be taken of participants at any time for security and marketing. You agree that photos may be published online and may be used for promotional purposes
• Please allow up to 4.5 hours for this experience

• Guests must be aged 16+ for this experience. Photo ID must be presented for proof of age at check-in when requested
• All guests must fit safety equipment in order to participate in the activities, and the minimum weight of guests should be 35kgs, and the maximum weight is 200kg

Hanmer Springs Attractions will not permit a person to participate in any of our activities if they believe the person is affected by alcohol or drugs (recreational or prescribed) such that they may be a hazard to themselves or others.
