  • Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry-on luggage must be advised upon booking. Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee

  • Wildlife sightings are unpredictable by nature and therefore cannot be guaranteed
  • Itineraries are subject to change depending on weather and flight conditions
  • A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Nautilus Aviation. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable

Terms & Conditions:

  • Please note: A surcharge of $8 per person for the Environmental Management Charge (EMC) will be collected upon check-in. The role of Nautilus Aviation in relation to the charge, is to collect and remit the charge to Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority
  • All tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability
  • All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure and wear life jackets if travelling over water
  • In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible e.g. the helicopter portion or cruise portion of the Fly/Cruise, Cruise/Fly or Cruise/Cruise, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
  • Children aged 3+ are legally required to be seated in their own seat and are therefore required to pay the full ticket price
  • Subject to conditions, children under 3 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0-2), please contact Nautilus Aviation as aviation conditions apply
  • Nautilus Aviation operate a fleet of helicopters with individual specifications. The maximum single-seat payload is 130kg. For passengers exceeding 130kg, aircrafts seating four or more (4+) passengers are required for private charters and for listed tours and packages, an additional seat at 50% of ticket price may need to be purchased direct with Nautilus Aviation on day of travel
  • Nautilus Aviation will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Nautilus Aviation works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for theirs acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
