• Photography and video cameras are not permitted in the Glowworm Caves because flash lighting affects the glowworms and visitor acclimatisation to the dark
• Some bending is required at the cave entrance and participants will need to be able to use manage some steps
• Inside the caves the temperature sits at 8 – 12º Celsius, bringing a warm jacket is advised
• This experience involves a section where all guests must be silent for some time (within the glowworm cavern). Please consider this experience may not be suitable for younger guests
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience, including travel time
