- Tartare de poisson rouille en taco: nori taco, seafood tartare, spanner crab, tarragon, pastis, rouille sauce (one piece per person)
- Gyoza d’escargot au vin rouge: snail gyoza, bone marrow, spinach, red wine jus (one piece per person)
