- Digital photo pass: Guests will receive a physical ticket with a QR code on arrival. Scan QR code to save photos during the experience. The ticket provides instructions to find to the Magic Memories site and download images using the unique code on your ticket. Digital photo pass includes eight digital photos

- Valid for weekday OR weekend tickets as selected at time of purchase
- Promotion is valid for one child (2–15) per paying adult (16+). Infants aged between 0—1 may enter free of charge
- Adults aged 18+ must be accompanied by a child (2–17) to visit. Adult tickets cannot be purchased individually, they must be combined with a child ticket
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+
- Guests are only allowed to enter the attraction once per day
- Booking multiple sessions on the same day will not be permitted

- Tickets for this experience are non-transferable and non-refundable
