• Number of passengers (adults, children and infants)
• Preferred date and departure time
• Specific scenic flight you would like to book
• All passengers’ first and last names
• All passenger weights in either kgs or lbs
• Contact phone number
• Email address
• Pickup location, if applicable
• Dietary requirements, if applicable

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 1 day before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day: 9am
• Pick-up/departure points: pick-up Central Queenstown (must be booked in advance), flights depart Queenstown Airport
• Check-in is required at Queenstown Airport in the main terminal 30 minutes prior to departure

Important:

• Please call 0800 676 264 one hour before your scheduled flight on the day of your flight for a weather check
• Complimentary pick-ups commence 50 minutes prior to departure
• There is no free parking at Queenstown Airport. Terminal Parking A is the closest parking to check-in and costs a maximum of NZ$20 for the day. For the closest free on-street parking please head to Douglas Street or McBride Street
• Please allow approximately 8 hours for this experience. This does not include self-driving or our complimentary airport transfers

Terms and Conditions:

• Flights are weather-dependent. Should a flight be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, it may be rescheduled depending on the passenger’s schedule and flight availability. If you cannot reschedule, passengers will receive a 100% refund.
• Passengers over 140kgs must notify Glenorchy Air prior to departure. Should your actual weight at the time of check-in exceed 15kg over your declared weight your booking may need to be rescheduled due to weight and balance limits.

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
