• Make sure to choose the pick-up point that is nearest to you and arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• At Whitehaven Beach, SeaLink Whitsundays provides two marquees for shade. The catamaran also provides guests ready access to an air-conditioned area throughout the day if desired
• Due to tidal restrictions at Tongue Point, there will be two operating schedules. This will change the direction of travel and the order in which each site is visited. For example, high tide in the morning dictates Tongue Point is the first destination for the day, and the opposite applies if the high tide is in the afternoon
• Please allow up to eight hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. SeaLink Whitsundays abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 5–14. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of SeaLink Whitsundays for passenger and crew safety
• If SeaLink Whitsundays cancel a tour due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be allowed to reschedule or a full refund will be offered
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made between 14 days and before 48 hours of departure: 20% of the total booking fee applies
• Cancellations made within 24 hours and before 48 hours of departure: 50% of the total booking fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Bookings:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
