24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–17. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Tours proceed rain or shine. In the case of inclement weather, tours may be cancelled at the discretion of Franz Josef Wilderness Tours for participant and staff safety
• Wildlife sightings are by their nature, wild, and therefore cannot be guaranteed
• Cruises are minimum number and weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Franz Josef Wilderness Tours. Participants will be informed within a reasonable timeframe of a cancellation with the option of a transfer or refund
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Maximum group size is 12 people per tour
