Changes to Booking

• BYO food and non-alcoholic drinks permitted
• Accessibility:
  • White Ridge Farm has accessible car parking, amenities, the ticket counter, and eating areas. All pathways around the farm are accessible along with the interactive animal area. The part of the farm that is tricky for wheelchairs is the mini golf area
  • Assistance Animals: Please contact White Ridge Farm at least 48 hours’ prior to arrival so they can ensure the right staff are available to assist you with interacting with the animals. Assistance animals must be certified, and their identification jackets and paperwork should be presented upon entry

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–14. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+ and supervised at all times
• Guests are to treat all staff and animals with respect and care
• White Ridge Farm reserves the right to cancel your ticket and keep the farm closed due weather conditions and/or any safety concerns
