Things to know
- Select your desired entry time for the lounge when booking. Bookings are request only and subject to availability
- Please ensure your full name details at booking match your boarding pass information
- After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address
- Provide a copy of your voucher and QR code to the reservations team for entry
- Staff will check the valid date on the voucher and ensure its details match the guest’s boarding pass
