• Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to a tour departure will result in a full refund of the tour fare (less credit card fee charged if applicable)

• Cancellation inside 48 hours of tour departure, late arrivals or failure to take up a booked tour will result in the full fare being forfeited

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please bring your own water in a reusable water bottle. You will also have opportunities to purchase water on your tour
• Weather can change very rapidly so please check the forecast prior to coming on tour. Wear weather-appropriate clothing and bring an umbrella
• Flat, sealed shoes are recommended
• A small day-pack bag is all that is permitted on the bus due to space constraints
• Please bring your headphones to listen to audio via your device

• Available daily, pick-up at 8.30am
• Pick-up/Drop-off Point: Hotel Windsor, 111 Spring Street
• All tours return in time before public transport stops

• Seasonal pick-up times apply, refer to pick-up time when selecting date during the booking process
• All children 15 years and under require a child ticket, including infants and toddlers
• Food and drinks are not included on this tour, however can be purchased at own expense at Healesville Sanctuary
• Hotel transfers are not available for this tour

• Any excess amount and personal expenses are payable directly to venues
