• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Pick-Up Point: Pick-up available for selected hotels in the Nusa Dua and Tanjung Benoa area – please add your address to the booking notes
