• Passengers accept that Epic Ocean Adventures may need to alter or amend tour arrangements from those published, with little or no notice
• Due to the natural and non-contrived environment in which tours operate, Epic Ocean Adventures cannot guarantee sightings of dolphins or any other marine life within the Great Sandy National Park. Refunds do not apply for no sightings
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
• All activities are undertaken by guests at own risk. Epic Ocean Adventures are not liable for any incidents relating to guests’ participation in watersports activities
