• Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply

• Rates are per vehicle and are valid for one-way, as selected at time of booking
• Valid for transfers to and/or from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) only
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
• Luggage restrictions:
  • Luggage capacity for up to two people transfer: Two (2) large suitcases
  • Luggage capacity for up to six people transfer: Six (6) suitcases
  • Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information in How to Redeem to the provider at least 72 hours in advance of flight arrival
