- Entry and Lunch combo includes a Chef’s Selection of hot meals. The lunch meal is a generous, standard size. Some of these are indicated at time of booking, but options are subject to change on the day without notice. If this occurs, an alternative option will be offered of equal or higher value
- Set menu restrictions apply for lunch as per daily Chef’s selection. Any excess amount or additional personal expenses are payable directly to AQWA

- Entry tickets are transferable to another date or to a gift card (valid for three years), but must be transferred by contacting AQWA prior to the booked date

- Visitors are not permitted to place their hands in open aquariums; except for at the dedicated Touch Pool (located outside next to the Cafe)
- Visitors must follow the directions of the Touch Pool attendants and touch the marine life gently; with respect; and within the water
