- Pick-Up Point: Roundtrip transportation is available from selected Punta Cana accommodation. Pick-up times vary depending on the hotel where you are staying, once you select your hotel and travel date you will be assigned a pickup time. Pick-up times are scheduled between 7am and 9am local time
Important:
- Bringing any kind of food or drink with you to the park is prohibited. There are stores where you will be able to buy drinks and snacks. In addition to this, there are different spots in the park where drinking water is available
- Food for babies is permitted at the park
- Drinks are not included with buffet lunch. Any excess amount must be paid directly to La Hacienda Park
- The daily program is designed so that everyone can enjoy all seven activities, so you will have to follow the scheduled activity circuit without the possibility of repeating any of the activities
- Cameras, drones and tripods/selfie sticks are not permitted. Mobile/cell phones are not allowed to be used for security reasons in some activities

- Refunds do not apply for activities that are not redeemed or participated in on the day

- There is no minimum age allowed for entry to the park. However, the minimum height to participate in La Hacienda Park’s activities is 120cm
- You must be aged 18+ and have a valid full driving licence to drive the buggy
- Maximum weight of 114kg, a minimum height of 120cm and a waist circumference of less than 106cm applies for zipline
- Due to safety constraints, a maximum weight of 114 kg, minimum height of 120 cm applies for buggy passengers
- For charlift ride, the maximum weight per person is 150kg, and you should also have a minimum height of 120cm and a waist circumference of less than 106cm
- People with the following conditions will have limited access to activities: Pregnancy, height of under 120cm, weight of over 113kg, waist circumference of more than 106cm, pending surgeries, severe heart disease
- La Hacienda Park reserves the right to enable, close, or disable activities for weather conditions, maintenance, accidents, risks, or other priority situations, without prior notice to the guests. They will not be held responsible for any claims or compensation due to the inactivity or closure of services
