• Pick-up/Drop-off point: Return transfers are available from select Hobart hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please wait out the front of your pickup location at least 5–10 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Day Tours Tasmania Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, weather events and/or closure of some establishments or cancel tours due to extraordinary weather events/world events/external events outside our reasonable control
• Day Tours Tasmania Pty Ltd has no control or influence over the Sealink Bruny Island Ferry Service, traffic congestion and wait times. If Bruny Island is congested and busier than usual, we may need to amend the tour to arrive back in Hobart at a reasonable hour to comply with our transport accreditation requirements
• Day Tours Tasmania Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for flights missed due to return time to Hobart being longer than anticipated. Day Tours Tasmania Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal propertyMinimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. • If Day Tours Tasmania cancel your tour due to extraordinary weather events/world events/external events outside our reasonable control, you can transfer the fare paid towards a tour to an alternate date, receive a credit voucher or alternatively receive a 100% refund on ticket price paid

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Tours are often fully booked and have waiting lists for guests interested in coming along. Therefore, if you decide not to join a tour, please contact Day Tours Tasmania by calling (03) 6144 3045 or email bookings@brunyislandsafaris.com.au. This allows Day Tours Tasmania to re-sell your seats to other guests

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change the tour date. Fare differences may apply
